Sustained a minor injury to my big right toe, rolled over on it as I sat on the chair.
The pain was tremendous and realised that the skin closest to the base of the toe nail ( where the half moon is) was neatly pushed down and out by a few millimetres as a result of my silliness. I guess that's where the nerves are?

Sat on the sofa and was nursing my toe when N ( in his shiny white armour - or rather in a white pair of shorts *",*) took a bottle of spray of antiseptic cum plaster thingum and gently sprayed on the wound while I howled in pain.

It was stinging, but the wound soon became numb and thank God the pain subsided!
It still looks a little brown, but the skin has reattached itself and feels much better already.

Still floating in the warm fuzziness of N's gentle care. Wahahahahaha.
