Happy day!

Haha finally blogger has allowed me to upload photos of wat I have been doing with my spare time recently. It is cake baking. Hehehe and tomorrow is C's birthday already, hopefully the chocolate fudge cake would turn out nice so that I can make her happy even though she is very busy at work now.

I shall blog about the process of trying to bake a cake. At first it was a mad scurry to get all the ingredients and equipment for cake baking. hahaha then it was the mixing and folding hehehe. I did not know that C is an expert in folding and these made the process so much easier. Then when it is in the oven, words cannot express the joy of seeing the cake rise as time goes by. hahaha and the best part of it all is when you eat the cake and taste how wonderfully delicious it is. But a word of caution though, cakes are really unhealthy stuff hahaha, with the amount of eggs butter and sugar you put in, eeks. haha but then when u bake ur own cakes u get to control the amount of the unhealthy stuff u put in while not compromising on taste. But most of all it is the quality time spent with your loved ones that matter.
