Had a couple of errands to do for today, but pit stop no. 1 was MAAD~
I never miss MAAD whenever it's held, namely to see what new stuff is up and more importantly, to check out the pieces Oriental Rose created, since only sneak previews were up on her website.
And man.. is she popular or what. Within an hour of the opening of MAAD, most of the stuff had been snapped up already and her helper elves were almost screaming for help.. Too bad I woke up an hour late and was left to contend with whatever was left :P
Even though it was the first year anniversary of MAAD, I felt that most of the regular stall holders were not there, and it was rather lackluster compared to the first 3 times I went there. But oh well, it's possibly because I've seen the same stuff over and over again, that it got a little mundane. But I was rather intrigued by this guy selling some paper star- shaped lanterns at $25 each, and the paper was printed with really lovely prints. I would have gotten one if I had the moolah. Haha.
So after 1/2 at maad, I headed to school because 2 books were waaaay overdue. But surprisingly when I tried to pay my fine, there wasnt any record. *Hurhurhur*
Being the little thief that I am, I photocopied a large part of the 2 books before dumping them back to the library. :D
But I realise that photcopiers hate me. Or rather, I have no affinity with them. Printed about 25 pages before realising that somehow I had missed the first line of print and page no. of every single darn page. -_-""" Somehow the zoom-function was wonky and decided to annoy the hell out of me. Luckily I managed to rectify it in time. bleah.
After that, it was time to head to Spotlight at PS to get some craft supplies. Waited for what seemed like an eternity for 188, when this guy asked me for some directions and I decided to refer him to a map somewhere behind the bus stop, when 188... just zoomed... past behind me....
RAWRRRRRRRRRR.
And before that, as I was walking towards the bus stop, the previous 188 also just went past me..
DOUBLE RAWRRRR....
Luckily the next bus came within 12 mins. I was close to fainting and dying of hunger. zzzz.
So Spotlight and had some takopachi for lunch yadadadadida, and was on my way back when Sasa called to say my grandma was in hospital :'(
Sasa said she couldn't walk already. Sigh, anyone of you who reads this and believes in Jesus Christ or believes He exists but doesn't know Him yet, please help me pray a simple prayer for my grandma. She's my only grandparent left alive and I would really love to see her healthy and happy.
Ok that's all for now, I'm actually not in a very bloggery mood, but I need to type this out to feel a bit better.
tata for now
