ugh.
been having it for the past few days, sleeping at 4-5am plus and waking up at 11-1pm. :(
it was the worst this morning, slept at 630am!!!! woke up at 3pm today =_=""
my body clock's so screwed. anybody's got any tips ?
it's not that im not tired, my brain's over-active or something and after closing my eyes for about 10mins, i feel all awake again. that's a horrible feeling.

I was in the same boat a while back, sleep at 5 am. Here's a tip, do some excercise... when ya tired out for the day, you'll be able to sleep at a more 'normal' time...
