This is my first post on Moomoo's blog hehehe. Happy that we are together after so long and really appreciative of all the support that Moomoo has given me all these years and also for bearing with my nonsense for so long. So i decided to do something nice which is to whip up a nice meal for her. Although i did not cook a complete meal but then it was the best i could do with the limited time i had. Hehe today i also gave moomoo a surprise cos she said that she was feeling feverish so i pretended that i was still at home while i was actually already on the way to her house. Then at white sands i bought for her lian leong or deer's horn squashed into powder. (A TCM remedy for fever) hehe i also bought a luohan guo for myself jus for self gratification.

Bus ride to Pasir Ris =1.20
Lian yeong + Luohan guo = Under ten dollars (exact pricing only known to me) hehe
Impending taxi fare if i am too tired = $10 inclusive of midnight charge hehee
Smses = few cents here and there
Look on Moomoo's face when she opened her door = priceless

aside from the lack of garnishings and whatever...

this is prob worth $10 or more in some fancy schmancy restaurant. haha.. its lungfish carviar on scallops btw.. :P *slurp*
this are pics of really really good beef steaks norman cooked.. didnt take a pic of the cross section, but it was pink in the middle and literally melted in your mouth.. *hoho* the beef were massaged, tortured with the knife, marinated with his self-improvised sauce.. *woah..

and the last dish, since blogger is a pain in the arse and the pic cant be shown, was sliced beef with mushrooms and asparagus.. woahhhh hohohoh

it was so enjoyable cooking and preparing the food with him :P there's more to come this fri!! hehe

norman dear was so sweet too.. he actually dropped by for a visit when i told him he needn't come by my place.. but the horrible ling yueng he gave me feels like its working its magic on me already. just went to the toilet and i feel like peeing again -_-"""

went for the national day preview on saturday, but i guess i'll be leaving that for another post.. ta!!!

these are fuggin gorgeous bags from Chloé.. *droollll* and these are the last series of bags before the designer (Phobe Philo ) goes off to care for her child.. :...( can wait till i can afford one nottt .. realise her designs are practical yet feminine with a sorta rugged feel to it.. ......so me :)

im not into high end fashion stuff, but this series of bags really caught my eye..

i love the one in the middle.. reminds me of sorta like a doctor's bag.. and it's really great for everyday wear..

this one's similar to the ones above, except the top's flattened, rather than boxy.. aiyah same as the grey one above lah.

these remind me of a naughty bad girl.. on those days that i really love to wear black all over.. and wishing i had smokey mascara-ed eyes and painted black nails, with pointed patent heels.. and hair somewhat tied to a chignon, mebbe with a ciggie which im not smoking.. :P hoho seXAeeee

yet then again, it's great for the office too.. haha.. rather similar to the chloe paddington's i posted some time back

and this! norman dear would love.. can imagine him with the white loafers and the cream bag at the left.. with his linen pants and shirt.. sipping coffee reading his book by some seaside cafe.. haha!! so meditterranean.. i love :P

ah~~ i will have blissful dreams of chloé bags tonight~ ahhh!! maybe! just maybe! if i splurge all my 3 months pay.. i can get ONE bag.

but. i'll wait till the day i can spend 1/3 my monthly salary on one bag lah ha..

the apples were rather crispy still and the cream was OoOooOoOOOOoOO~ the crust was flaky and crispy, goodness.. it was HEAVENLY!!

loved the way the moon looked with the clouds surrounding it.. rather like a nebula..

tried taking really zoomed in shots and this was one of my favourite ones.. tralalala that's what happens when u take night shots without a tripod..

this was actually put on my window ledge.. really love the way the pretty lights turn out :P esp the light at the forefront of the pic :DD

met norm after work today and went for dinner at an austrian cafe.. lovely food they've got
hehehe that's all im gg to say :P

took this shot as we were walking to relieve ourselves of our full tummies :P though the real view was much nicer than this..hehe

and caught a picture of this silly cat.. notice the irony.. hehe

so we walked towards the singapore river.. and these horrendous seacreatures from the deep appeared....

it changed colour every so often.. from blue... to purple.. to whatever.. and look.. they even thought a football was tasty to eat.. and i chanced upon these disgusting airvents.. that either resemble a lotus root froot.. or this pseudo war of the worlds thingamajig....

so anyways.. we headed down to meidi-ya.. this japanese supermarket.. and i suddenly remembered a news article on the wonderfully 'cheap' froots they sold.. and here u go..

yup you've got that right.. hahahhaha.. and was about to take more froots when i was 'discouraged' from a friendly staff to take anymore pictures... :X

(- start of update ) so anyway, it got me thinking.. it's 159$ for 659gms of watermelon. and a watermelon is 92% water (of course a genius like me will naturally know such facts *hawhaw*) so it's in actual fact 52.72gms of pure watermelon. which leads us to a whopping $3.016 for a single gram of dehydrated watermelon, which in this case doesnt allow a watermelon to be still named a watermelon. 0_0""

so. but. considering the fact that a watermelon is so delicious and mouthwatering and what not (although i thoroughly cannot stand it), is because of its mouth'water'ingly juiciness, it's actually much cheaper at 24cents per gram! wow! it's amazings! hohohoho yadadadadada (-end of update)

and the decadence i bought since it was late and it was so cheap!!!! swordfish slices for 6.80, scallops for 4.30.. *drooooool* and the wasabe was power man... hohohoohoho
