ahh... well.. the biathalon is finally done and over with..
luckily there were no signs of rain..

but... it was damn hot!!

haha.. luckily jacq and i were stationed at a sheltered place..

but it was fun directing pple along the route.. esp when there was the possibilty of a stray car.. and the occassional fort siloso bus..

seeing all the different runners - from the super fit, to the die die must try..
really admirable to see their determination.. and their struggles with themselves..
one lady even sang out loud.. haha she was so funny..
from the really young, to the really old.. i think he was about 50 odd..

some said thanks.. some did a slight wave... some were still confused where to run.. even though we already directed them to the correct route.. haha

very impressive. it was as if there was this silent unity among the joggers.. that when they saw each other running past each other (there was a u-turn) some gave the thumbs up to one another, yet even if there wasnt any, one look and u could tell "carry on, u can do it!"
